The best anti-smoking ad ever?!





This powerful advert is a reminder that sometimes behaviour change starts with realising your own attitude towards it. This is consistent with many models of behaviour change that include the variable “attitude” such as Ajzen’s Theory of planned behaviour and Theory of reasoned action.
