HR & Candidate: A Job-Offer Negotiation

This short film captures the complete negotiation process between an HR representative at a multinational company and a candidate. Running about seven minutes, it highlights classic tactics—Anchoring, BATNA, the Bogey strategy, Know Your Value, Limitation Authority Strategy and Strategic Silence. No prior background is required to grasp the reasoning behind every offer and concession.
