Growing up with a parent in the forces, I have learnt that military communities can resemble a second family. The above advert has widely criticized, with former officers such as Colonel Richard Kemp CBE, claiming that it neglects the very people who would be interested in joining. However, I believe that the advert taps into some key tactics used by compliance practitioners.
I have my own ideas about what these tactics are, but I would be intrigued to hear yours.
